Organisations, like people, are constantly at different stages of development – the challenge is to respond to the fact that each develop in their own way and at their own pace. The blend of the “differences” is one of the key elements that give organisations their uniqueness.

That uniqueness will be complex.

Harnessing energy from the turbulence: the external pressures and influences, and the internal forces and constraints, can be a strain to fit together. Harnessing these energies positively and creating best fit requires creativity and adaptability around the current and deeply understood development position. In that way stretch and higher performance can be accommodated more easily.
