About Metanous

In 2009 Metanous Limited celebrates its 15th anniversary in business. Over the years we have contributed to leading edge work on executive and management development through work-based learning, and the evolutionary movement from equal opportunity to diversity.

We specialise in complex and sensitive issues surrounding strategic developments.

We are proud to be a receiver of the Cutting Edge Award from the Academy of HRD in the United States, (equivalent to CIPD) for our leading edge work on culture, and values and behaviour change, published as a research paper in “Winning Hearts and Minds”.

We are an ILM accredited Centre offering qualifications in Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring, and Management for Award, Certificate, Diploma and Executive Diploma (Levels 3 to 7).

Also, we continue to contribute to global debate on HRD with our presentations at the Congress of Work and Occupational Psychology in Prague (May 2001), Lisbon (2003) and the 3rd Conference on Ethics and HRM at Imperial College Management School.
